This was a packed month! Summer vacation and bein hazmanim. Two adventures with animals, improv performance in a yurt, teaching improv to soldiers up north, a wedding, a bris, a music festival, a Swedish furniture store, Shakespeare in the park, leading part of a Kabbalat Shabbat service… and more.

The inspiring Aish video for Tisha B’Av, October 7: Voices of Pain, Hope, and Heroism
The Acharit Hayamim Festival (End of Days) was in the Mesuot Yitzhak Forest in Gush Etzion. Here is a sample of Shlepping Nachas from a previous year there. I got to hear my favourite Israeli band, Nuriel.
Malka Batash, creator of the movie Talking to God, created an improv show with me. We are called, Two Wild and Crazy Jews! We performed two improvised plays. We also joined with my improv students to perform another improvised play, as well as give Good, Bad, and Ugly Advice. You can watch the entire show here.
My online improv show with Close Distance can be found here. I played the hand-waving woo-woo facilitator of spiritual housewarmings.
Chodesh Elul tov!
